​We all have niggly little jobs around the house that constantly stare you in the face.  I can take care of those small jobs.  Maybe you don't have the time, maybe you have some of the skills, but you definitely do not have the desire to tackle that hole in the drywall that has been there for far too long.  Call me.

​I am not a contractor.  I am very capable but I do not undertake large projects - I will build a shed, but not a new garage.

Rates:

I am cash-only on a time and materials basis.  ​​I will provide an estimate of time but most handyman work is "troubleshooting" and it requires skill, a special kind of patience and a boatload of tools. 

 

No Hidden Fees

​

My rate is $85/hr.  There is a 1.5 hr minimum charge and then billed by the half-hour.  Weekly statements are payable immediately upon receipt, (daily for small jobs).  

​

To keep costs down, I encourage you to do the shopping as much as possible. I charge to go to the hardware store and any item I supply is up-charged by 15%.

I am a homeowner and I will treat your home as I would mine.

• I show up at our mutually agreed upon time,

• I dress appropriately for the job,

• I do not smoke,

• I work on my own - no need to worry about random people wandering around your property.

• I keep the project and your home as neat and clean as possible.

I mostly work in South Etobicoke and for cottage country, Muskoka only.

Realtors:

I am available for move-out and staging prep.

Exclusions:

​

There are a few things I don't do:

​

• High ladder work,

• I will not go up on your roof,

• Clean windows,

• Clean gutters,

• Heavy landscaping/stone/concrete/brick work,

• Electrical (i.e. pull new wires, circuits, or go into your panel),

• Major plumbing, gas, HVAC,

• Fences (wood) - I won't be competitive on install or price.  I will be competitive on repair, however - repaired many - fencing companies aren't interested in straightening fenceposts and replacing boards.
